This was one of the fabulous products we were cooking at the 2010 Woolorama - stuffed with blue vein cheese, whole mustard seeds and spinich, then wrapped puff pastry, cut a few small air vents, coat in egg yoak and sprinkle with chillie flakes. Roast (fan forced)@ 180c for 20min.
